ATTENTION

The above form needs your email and the file name to be entered in order to send the corresponding addition from Part C to your email.

The file name must be complete. For example, to obtain in your email the second addition of page 170, the icon number is 1702 and the file name should be Ad1702.pdf (with capital A as the first letter).

Sometimes auto response emails might be considered as spam messages, so if a new message does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk folder.
